This wholemeal flour is produced locally at Bradshaw's Mill in Driffield and is supplied to us by our wholesaler Shepcote who are also based in Driffield, ensuring this product ticks all the boxes where reducing your carbon footprint is concerned.
Wholemeal flour can be used in breadmaking, baking, pasta and pastry.
To make it self-raising simply sift in two teaspoons of baking powder to each 150g of flour.
